The An Duc Law Firm (AD Law) is the practice of Lawyers who are professional and experienced and locates on No 202, N5C, Trung hoa-Nhan chinh urban Area, Thanh xuan District, Ha noi City, Vietnam Country. Since the date of foundation in 2002, we have given legal advices to many individuals and legal persons covering areas such as Trade, Economy, Civil, and labour issues. Based on our real qualification, from this time, we have fully supplied the requirements of clients without any error and have successfully handled many cases such economic, trade, civil before court and have helped many Vietnamese and Foreign partners to set up Joint ventures and investment projects in Vietnam.
While fully supplying the demands of individuals, we concentrate in giving legal advice to Vietnamese businesses and foreign businesses. On our list, there are some regular customers including Vietnamese Businesses and Foreign Businesses such as Vietnam national pharmaceutical Corporation (VinaPharm), Infrastructure development and construction Corporation (Licogi), Kim Sung Vietnam (Chinese own), Vietnam food industries company (Vifon – Polish own), Delta construction management company (Delta – American own), Tung Phuong construction material processing company(Tung Phuong), Tan Viet international company (Tan Viet – Polish own), Northern trading and construction investment corporation…
Apart from the above, state agencies also rely on our legal advices such as the rural area industry monitoring Division of the Vietnamese Ministry of Trade and Industry who have been receiving our legal services in preparation of contract samples.
